Friday ended. We had 50 guests and to be honest it was a bit too much. A mayhem for me .. but could serve some Reaally beautiful wines, like par example Didier Daugeneau. I had a last bottle his Blanc Fume de Pouilly 2005. His Sauvignon blanc I´ve tasted were the best.  DSC08916Moments before service session:

And I have to tell you about the best dessert I´ve ever got in my life time. The lingonberry dessert by Leonardo Zanon.

and finally we serve some root vegetable chips and parsnip caramel sauce. I have to say that for me it taste´s better than sex!
