Friday ended. We had 50 guests and to be honest it was a bit too much. A mayhem for me .. but could serve some Reaally beautiful wines, like par example Didier Daugeneau. I had a last bottle his Blanc Fume de Pouilly 2005. His Sauvignon blanc I´ve tasted were the best. Moments before service session:
