Talented Chef Tom Brown has kickstarted his first solo project.
And thanks to Felicity Spectors mouthwatering pictures in social media from his dishes I decided to go and check this place out.

To kick-start our tasting menu, we asked for some aperitives … instead of 2 glasses of bubbly we ordered, we were received the whole bottle. No probs :) It was amazing sur lie sparkling Rosato from Umbria, Italy. Colour was very beautiful crystal ruby which reminded Tavel pinks. Oh and all that delicious crispy red fruit. Spot on with the recommendation.

There’s beauty in simplicity: well-executed chocolate and banana dessert. Wow!
It was so amazing tasting menu. I’m very happy about that experience, will go back there soon!
Hackney Wick is becoming more and more hot spot, like Kalamaja what we have in Tallinn.
